Kuong U Science and Technology (Group) Ltd. (“KUST”), in Macau, is a solar power material and system manufacturer, products including solar grade silicon material (ingot and wafer), solar modules/ panels, and solar power systems.  Our mission is to build a greener earth using our solar power products and services.
 
KUST’s parent, Universal Solar Technology Inc. (UST), in the state of Nevada USA, obtained SEC approval of NASDAQ OTCBB listing in June 2008 (http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgaraction=getcompany&CIK=0001434389&owner=include&count=40).
 
UST’s wholly foreign owned subsidiary, Nanyang Universal Solar Technology Co. Ltd. (NUST), in Nanyang China, is being constructed currently (land area about 70000 m2) and will start manufacturing of silicon material and solar power products in about June 2009. Total investment is about 13 million USD.
 
We have certificates of ISO 9001:2000, CE, IEC 61215, and will get IEC 61730-2 and VDE certificates.
